This page will explain the approach and strategy as it relates to actual workflow, daily removal, and monitoring activity.
Properties are priced on the complexity & breadth of the layout. Some may be a small athletic field, or grammar school campus. Others may be sprawling country clubs complete with 18 holes and gardens. All have the initial same approach: Carefully study migration patterns, frequency, preferred grazing spots, and so forth.
In the beginning we want to spend a day or even dawns, watching how they behave, and then begin the hazing process. When they return and from where, determines how we will go full force into removing the first flocks. Eventually that grouping will be aggravated to the point of leaving for good. If the grounds are desirable grazing, then another will come in to take their place in short time.
Sometimes the birds continue on their migration, while other flocks will settle in close by to reside. If at the 3 month point, you want to continue the maintenance, you can opt for extending service. Or if you feel you want to see how things go, then you can always renew if they return.
Generally we will keep communication with your grounds crew for any data we can add to track these patterns, so the headache of these pests will not be a factor.

Natural Range Dogs
Border Collies and open ranges go hand in hand, and is the very purpose for which they were bred. It’s only makes sense that they can make the leap to Geese, which like sheep, naturally want to flock together for safety.

FAQs
Would you need access to the property?
Depending on the planned approach, we may be scouting or hazing at sun-up, which could greatly help our services. For those facilities with golf carts or ATV’s, we would usually need access to a vehicle while working expansive grounds, OR allow our vehicle to patrol the property on paths and prairie. For properties with or surrounded by waterways (lake, lagoon, stream) a tie-up may be needed for a craft to traverse the surface, in conjunction with land-based hazing. This can be as simple as a tree branch on a bank, or a corner in a utility shed to stand up a paddle-board. In some instances, a marine battery may need to be kept on a charge. Each scenario is unique!
Will the Working Dog interfere with other workers?
The professional qualities within their breedings makes them aloof to other people, and takes a lot for others to get their attention. Orange service vest worn at all times and use of whistle ensures silent and speedy work.
How long is the work agreement / contract good for
We only require 3 month initial commitment with the option to extend thereafter. The first stages of deep-cleaning a population is very intensive and may take between a couple weeks, and a month. After that, regular maintenance is required to keep new populations minimized.
Can you provide a COI custom worded for our organization?
Yes – Our insurer has and will provide a Cert. of Insurance with your company’s name(s) upon request.
How can we factor multiple locations
Some grounds such as Cemeteries and Park Districts may feature more than one location. IF the locations are relatively close to one another, significant discounts on additional properties work for everyone.
How are the services price-structured?
Properties generally are based monthly starting at $800 for smaller parks or footprint, and increase based on complexity, but decrease based on number of properties. Please call 773.368.8431 for a chat or a visitation & demo!
Will you offer a waiver of limited liabilty?
Of course – that clause is built into every contract.
